Motoped motorized survival bike will get you there and back

This Mountain Bike/Motorcycle Is Your Ride During the Zombie Apocalypse

MOTOPED® is what it isn't, and dares to be different.  Somewhere beyond a hard-core downhill mountain bike, but not quite a full-fledged (heavy) motorcycle, we carve out a whole new niche.  Lightweight, extremely fuel efficient, novel, useful, and fun--MOTOPEDS® go where stand alone bicycles or motorcycles can't.
Moreover, we get there with head-turning style that's impossible to ignore. We're passionate in our approach, face-forward and transparent in our mission, and proud to welcome you into our cult!
MOTOPED® is a wholly-owned subsidiary of APT MotoVox Group, Inc. (OTC BB: MTVX), a Delaware registered corporation headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri.   APT MotoVox Group, Inc. is the holding company for the MotoVox® and MOTOPED® motorsport product lines, SmartCarb® patented fuel system, and the Sonic Flow small engine technology lines.

LOWER YOUR CARBON FOOT PRINT
The MOTOPED® achieves up to a 30% reduction in the output of emissions compared to a competing small engine transportation or recreation product. MOTOPEDS® have a power to weight advantage that significantly reduces the amount of energy needed for forward motion.
If you choose to equip your MOTOPED® with a SmartCarb fuel system, you will experience an even greater reduction in your carbon footprint--as much as 50% to 70% when compared to competing small engine transportation or recreational products.  MOTOPEDS® mission is to provide smarter transportation, treating our environment responsibly.

A MOTOPED® equipped with a standard 49cc stock engine can achieve between 130 to 160 miles per gallon. That’s nearly double that of an average motorcycle. Choosing the SmartCarb upgrade from Motovox (soon available for MOTOPED®) will increase the fuel economy by an additional 25% to 40% with a target of 200+ miles per gallon in your sights.

At around 120 pounds (+/- depending on options), a MOTOPED® weighs in at less than half of what you'd typically find from a small motorcycle.  It's just a bit larger than a downhill mountain bike. You can transport your MOTOPED® on a durable, properly constructed automobile rack--or easily load it into a pickup or van.
Another advantage to a motorized bike is that it can be parked anywhere you can park a bicycle.  Imagine riding to school or work, and then utilizing the bike rack right at the front of the building rather than searching for space in a crowded parking lot.  Later, store it safely inside your dorm or apartment--even getting it up and down a flight of stairs is an easily workable proposition for you and a buddy.

PEDAL OR MOTOR

MOTOPEDS® can be pedaled or motored without stopping to make a change.   While a MOTOPED® weighs more than a bicycle, its great exercise and you will never be stranded. You can peddle in areas where motoring is not welcomed, and motor when it’s time to get up and get gone.  MOTOPEDS® can be  equipped with electric-start, pedal-start, or kick-start engines--insuring against nearly any chance of operational failure.

LICENSING AND REGISTRATION

In most states your MOTOPED® will be classified as a motorized bicycle. Regulations differ from state-to-state, so be sure to educate yourself about local regulations to determine that you're riding legally.  If your state recognizes motorized bicycles as a distinct classification, you are generally not required to license, register, or title your MOTOPED®.

ALSO, THEY'RE REALLY.. REALLY FUN.

Motorcross pro’s ride the MOTOPED® for a new, lighter-weight, lower-cost experience. Outdoor sportsman use the MOTOPED® to trek in without a scent and carry out their game. Students MOTOPED® at school where pedaling and motoring gives them optimal access to almost any part of the campus. Commuters MOTOPED® to work. Municipalities MOTOPED® for lower operational costs and expanded capabilities. Vacationers MOTOPED® to venture away from their RV's and expand their range.  Adventurers MOTOPED® to hit challenging trails and outdoor riding in whole new fashions.
